A most unusual early mirror. The extremely skilfully carved wooden frame, believed to be walnut, depicts various items of fruit & nuts & has a limewashed finish.  The beautiful, foxed plate is probably not original to the frame & is believed to date from the late 19th century. Superb overall condition with just a few signs of characterful wear commensurate with its considerable age.

Dimensions (Diameter & Depth): 20x3 cm

Ref: M6
