Petite Circa early or mid-19th Century Slipware Pottery Tes In Excellent Condition
Believed to be circa 150 years old, this is a lovely example of antique slipware being in excellent original condition with a fine patina. A ‘Tes’ was often used within wooden foot warmers to provide a source of heat (typically) for ladies; a small candle or oiled wick being lit within it. Today, a tealight can be used to form a quirky & atmospheric form of mood lighting!
Dimensions (W & H): 8.5 (without handle) 10 (including handle) x7 cm
Postage included. Royal Mail Special Delivery with appropriate insurance to at least the value of the item.
