Circa 1930s, this a traditional pub game which involves the throwing of metal, rope or rubber rings over a set distance, usually to land over or near a spike (sometimes called a hob, mott or pin). Played largely in the North of England, this is a rare survivor comprising two heavy, flat steel rings complete with the original leather satchel. Fantastic patination & original condition.
