Circa 1820 this is a super little painted example in the form of an acorn. In outstanding condition, it displays the characteristic circular red rings with intricate floral detailing to the lid. The top unscrews to reveal the silver thimble within (inscribed ‘Pat.10’) & features a band of fine floral detailing. Utterly charming.
